SAMPLE THE TASTES AND SIGHTS OF PALM SPRINGS

Palm Springs’ restaurants in general are outstanding and it would be a shame to visit without experiencing a few. A trip to the Tropicale restaurant is in order for a change of pace, where the lush tropical patio’s atmosphere is as delicious as its Firecracker Shrimp, Roasted Beet Stack, brick oven pizza’s, Cuban-style skirt steak and their eye popping

Mile High chocolate cake. Their club Copa has the perfect entertainment where one can enjoy a whole array of top entertainment. Lunch at the trendy Trio is a must for those who love a slick clean decor with tasty imaginative and healthy food. Their hand made potato chips are sinful and compliment their delicious Soy Ceviche and White Bean Hummus which is served with crostini. Their beet salad with pecans is out of this world and their seafood Tacos and Australian Sole are must tries as is their heavenly orange flan.

Stop by the Workshop Kitchen & Bar, a work of art where one can dine on local ‘Americana’ cuisine at a collective table with a group you know or not, in an ‘Industrial Chic’ atmosphere. Enjoy one of their seasonal cocktails such as a ‘Painkiller’ with a few of their fabled appetizers such as their Octopus Carpaccio and Mesquite charred Brussel Sprouts or choose a full meal from their extensive menu that includes a ‘Shared Format’ like ‘Shelton Farms’ whole duck.

The Copley Restaurant, formerly Cary Grant’s estate complete with a fire pit makes for a beautiful garden dining experience which only enhances the remarkable food. Try their perfectly delicious Roasted Beet & Warm Goat Cheese Salad and mouthwatering Tandoori Spiced Scottish Salmon with Red Curry Coconut dressing or come in during happy hour for one of their specialty cocktails and a limited but very reasonable and delish menu.

San Jacinto and ride the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway rotating straight up to 8,000 ft. above sea level and experience the magnificent view of the desert valley, from amongst the snow!
