DOLCE GLOW HONORS LOS ANGELES FIREFIGHTERS AT GLOW & GROW SUMMIT

The Dolce Glow & Grow Beauty Summit 2025, held on January 16-17 at the De Luxe Banquet Hall in LA, brought together industry leaders and beauty enthusiasts for an unforgettable two-day event centered around beauty-building strategies, product-launching secrets, and skill-building mastery! With a focus on giving back to the LA community, the summit showcased some of the biggest names in the beauty industry.

The summit kicked off with a warm welcome from Isabel Alysa Vita, celebrity spray tan artist and CEO of Dolce Glow. Jamie Kern Lima, NY Times bestselling author and founder of IT Cosmetics, delivered the first keynote, inspiring attendees with her journey of resilience and success.

Other notable speakers included Amy Liu, Founder of Tower28, who shared insights on building a mission-driven brand, and Jamie O’Banion, CEO of BeautyBio, who offered actionable advice for scaling a beauty business. Panels also featured top artists such as Justine Marjan, a celebrity hairstylist, and Jenna Nicole, a celebrity makeup artist, who shared behind-the-scenes tips on working with high-profile clients. The influencer panel included Olivia Culpo (virtually), model and entrepreneur, who talked about the importance of the long game, not the short game, as well as Kensington Tillo, model and creator, who discussed the importance of authenticity in long-term partnerships and Alexis Oakley, celebrity makeup artist and beauty influencer.

A surprise appearance by Jaclyn Hill and Linda Tawil, former co-founder of Morphe, offered a heartfelt moment as they spoke about the power of kindness and building strong relationships in business. Jaclyn also shared her philosophy of working from passion rather than chasing money.

Day two began with a powerful “Glow Getters” panel and VIP ticket holders were also treated to an exclusive advanced contouring session led by Isabel. The summit concluded with a gala honoring the Los Angeles Fire Department Union’s Vice President and officers from the Palisades Division. Dolce Glow will present a donation to these first responders in recognition of their bravery during recent wildfires. Attendees also participated in a donation-packing session for the firefighters, further underscoring Dolce Glow’s commitment to giving back.

Exclusive announcements included the upcoming launch of Sunnee Bae Skin, a sister brand to Dolce Glow, and the brand’s expansion into around 900 Ulta Beauty locations.

The summit was made possible by the generous support of sponsors including Osier, Davana Law Firm, Happening Recovery, Celsius, BeautyBio, Cult Gaia, Kosas, Summer Fridays, Tower28, Stoney Clover, Elemis, HydroJug, Alo, Glow Recipe, and Dae.
