InterContinental New York Barclay Spring Garden Party
The InterContinental New York Barclay recently hosted a Spring Garden Party in their Harold S. Vanderbilt Penthouse Suite for V.I.P.s.
Guests sipped handcrafted cocktails infused with honey from The Barclay’s rooftop beehive while enjoy scenic views of Midtown Manhattan East with the iconic, scene stealing Chrysler Building.
The hotel’s resident bees are thriving, playing a key role in pollinating herbs and flowers used in the hotel’s seasonal cocktail menu. Ingredients are handpicked and incorporated into The Barclay’s signature restaurant, The Parlour’s food and beverage offerings.
The affair also featured a Nomadic Jewelry pop-up—set against the stunning skyline views.

Signature cocktails this season include:

  • The Fruitful Delight: Santa Teresa, Chinola Passion Fruit Liquor, Vanilla Syrup, Citrus Hibiscus Tea, Campo Viejo Cava, Pineapple Juice, Lime Juice, Garnished with Edible Flower

  • Berries on the Vine: Grey Goose Vodka, Grenadine, Lime Juice, Pineapple Juice, Lillet Rouge, Campo Viejo Cava, Garnished with Raspberries

  • Time in Thyme Again: House-Made Thyme Infused Bourbon, Carpano Antico, Select, Garnished with Dehydrated Lemon Slice & Thyme
