Barrier Island Eco Tours
The Dolphin Discovery Sunset Cruise is a great way to wind down after a long hot day poolside or on the beach. With Barrier Island Eco Tours let someone else take control as the tour guide and boat pilot zips through the backwaters, there’s a calming breeze as night descends on Lowcountry.
The boat tour is over 2 hours so be prepared for a long trip. Much of it is spent chasing dolphins and marine sea turtles that frequently make brief close up appearances.
At low tide the tour stops at Capers Island Historic Preserve where tourists get to disembark and briefly walk the island before heading back to shore.
