During my visit to Rome, I had the pleasure of dining with Simone, after which he treated myself and my family to the most delectable gelato I have ever tasted in my life; it made me realize that not all Italian gelato is created equal. After treating ourselves with gelato, we walked the back streets of Rome as locals and enjoyed the nightlife of the piazzas.
