inde wild

indē wild is taking a stance to disrupt the industry by addressing the needs of South Asian beauty and creating solutions to combat the underrepresentation of this untapped demographic. Not only do the brand’s launch campaign images feature several models, including Diipa, of different skin types, tones, and textures, they each represent skin concerns deeply rooted within the brown community. The brand focuses on Ayurvedic practices originating from India that balances western ideals and eastern traditions all at an affordable price point. “Ayurvedic skincare uses ancient Indian rituals and natural medicine (spices, herbs, plants, and oils) to treat the mind, body, and the soul from the inside out,” claims mother Dr. Sangitha Khosla. “

“As someone who grew up in India, I was accustomed to the natural alternatives we used as part of our daily culture, or when someone would get sick” recounts Diipa. “Fast forward to my adult years in America, while I’ve extensively studied medicine and chemistry, I understand the significance of natural remedies and how to incorporate them with Western medicine.”

Additionally, indē wild is dedicated to making measurable social change by creating resources and funding projects that make a lasting impact beyond skincare. With Diipa’s commitment to better the world around her, previously working with the UN and other NGO’s, she and her husband Oleg Büller have started Post for Change to address and challenge important social and global issues.
