Calling all brunch lovers and night owls! La Vista at Aruba Marriott Resort flipped the switch and has turned brunch into a nighttime affair with its new, Night Brunch experience. On the first Friday of each month from 6:30 – 9:30 PM, La Vista transforms into a boujee brunch scene with a live DJ, colorful cocktails, and mouth-watering brunch bites. Guests are invited to kick things off by grabbing a welcome drink from the Bellini wall, where glasses are surrounded by lush greenery and lit up by the neon “Cheers” sign. Setting the scene, the ambiance features various neon lights with playful phrases, like “Night Brunch” and “Til Brunch Do Us Part” for Insta-worthy moments around every turn.
The multi-course experience features classic morning favorites along with other savory bites such as signature Dutch Style Pancakes, Sous Vide Eggs and classic Chicken & Waffles, to Red Snapper, Prosciutto Ham bites, Panzanella and fresh pizza. Don’t skimp on dessert, where Churros, Banana Cake and Chocolate Mousse grace the menu.
Guests can sip on bellinis, sangria, or specialty brunch cocktails and mocktails, like the Gordon’s Grenade, a play on the traditional gin and tonic with a splash of cranberry, and the Sunset Mimosa with orange juice, Ciroc Red Berry, grenadine and prosecco. Travelers can take a piece of the Night Brunch experience home with them, as all cocktails are served in a specialty branded glass and gifted to the guest.
